By accessing or using CREflow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individual users and team members within an organization.

2. Service Description

CREflow is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for commercial real estate investors and professionals. Our services include lead management, deal tracking, property management, campaign tools, team collaboration, and related business tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use a single account
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account

4. Subscription and Billing

Free Tier

Our free tier provides basic CRM functionality with usage limitations. No credit card is required to get started.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans offer enhanced features, increased usage limits, and premium support. Billing is processed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

CREflow retains all ownership rights to the platform, including software, design, logos, and documentation. You retain ownership of your business data and content stored within the system. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CREflow for your business purposes during your subscription period.

7. Data Ownership and Portability

You own all data you input into CREflow. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export tools. Upon account termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before permanent deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

CREflow provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
